The services provided by us in the field of engineering studies ( architectural, static, electromechanical, topographic, geological engineering ) can be summarized as follows:

– Urban planning studies (Issuance of building permits)

Preparation of a complete urban planning file, with the necessary studies for ARCHITECTURAL, STATIC, ELECTROMECHANICAL plans and technical descriptions, in accordance with the urban planning regulations of the local urban planning ( GOK ) and architectural committee . It also includes the running of the files until the final processing of the licenses.

– Application Studies (As built)

– Detailed development / recording of final plans and technical descriptions after the complete execution of the respective works, with a thorough presentation of details and critical parameters of the construction.

– Interior Design

– Development of new interior proposals of various spaces ( homes, business premises, shops and offices, outdoor spaces, gardens ) with adaptation to the style, needs and aesthetics required in each case, in conjuction with the individual concerned.

– 3-D Photo-realistic Studies

– Development of color 3D photo-realistic images with detailed representation of the final configurations of the space, completely determining the final result for facades of buildings and internal volume of models under construction.

– Repair Studies

Preparation of drawings, sketches and technical descriptions, with detailed reference to critical areas related to the cases under repair, fully identifying materials, methods and techniques for the structural or other integrity of these structures, in construction or electromechanical projects.
